•  Only fully completed posters are allowed to display in the competition.

•  Spot entries are not allowed.

•  Maximum number of participants : 2

•  Use the prepared PowerPoint template, which will help you determine font sizes and image quality control

• Include the thesis title, author(s) name and the name of your advisor.

•  The dimension should not be more than 2’ X 2’.

• Use high-resolution images for best printing results (at least 200 dpi).
